Every runner is welcome to take part in the Virtual Pudding Dash!.

You can record your time via an app or stopwatch, submit your evidence and we'll create a leaderboard for some friendly, festive competition. Get ready to earn the famous Nice Work Christmas Pudding Dash medal - the perfect seasonal addition to your medal collection.

Challenge Duration:
Complete your preferred distance between Sunday 01 December 2024 and submit your results by Friday 20 December at 23:59 to be eligible for awards and a place on our leaderboard.

Who Can Participate?
Absolutely anyone! Whether you’re an experienced marathoner or someone new to long-distance running, this challenge is perfect for all fitness levels. To feature on the results board and be eligible for awards, you must complete your preferred distance and have submitted results by Friday 20 December 2024 at 23:59..

The Virtual Christmas Pudding Dash is for everyone, no matter your age or ability.
Choose to run or walk your distance, indoors or outdoors, via an app, stopwatch or on a treadmill.
Once you enter, you'll receive emailed confirmation of your entry together with instructions on how to take part and how to submit evidence of your completed challenge.. We'll guide you every step of the way. It’s simple and flexible, so you can focus on having fun and feeling festive!
