Organisation was fantastic as usual with nice work races, marshalls were brilliant and support on course was incredible. Lovely course and brilliant atmosphere. Only negative for me is I think it's a little pricey (should have done early bird)

Yes, 8 minutes from the car park to start? No way… 20 more like it.. smiley

Not an “easy” half but the organisation, scenery and amazing support the whole way make this one my absolute favourite. And I love the tea and biscuits at the end!!

It’s very well organised and really happy as everyone seemed to have a spot at the finish like to see there children complete the race.
She is still buzzing at the end of the race day and can not wait to do next years already.

Toilet provision disappointing - could not find portaloos - were they even there? Many runners wandering round searching and large queues at very small public toilet block. If portaloos were provided, they need a better and more obvious location or much better signage. A marshal directed me to public loos.

This is a great event for all types of runner. As a slower runner I never felt hassled to run quicker and I had lots of runners after me. I took 2h 35m.

Very well organised run, one suggestion rather than having all the debris caused by cups dumped by runners after water stations, have marshals further down from these with black sacks or bins to help with the collection, one water station just before Saxon Road did this and it worked very well.

Great atmosphere and well organised. Very supportive wardens all the way round and the support given by the locals is the best I’ve encountered!!

All very well organised. It was easy to apply, the race number came on time and the quick publishing of the results is great and easy to use.

One huge thing for improvement - parking. If it’s an event of 3000 participants, worst case scenario is 3000 vehicles.
I don’t know what the answer is to this, but I’m sure the residents who had there roads filled with vehicles weren’t over the moon about it, and it’s not great for participants either.

Really great event, brilliant support from the crowd, it flew by. 9 miles of hills, but if you do the training it isn't too bad. Only thing that would improve it would be various hot food stalls from local restaurants at the end. There's plenty of room in Grosvenor Gardens so maybe next year?!

Maybe the start for the mini race was confusing. Having said that it starts at the pier would have been clearer for us. But we love the supportive atmosphere and we will definitely be back next year!
