This cracking racing extravaganza would have Santa ditching his sleigh for running shoes! Prepare to take on this multi-terrain festive event, which returns to Pett for its 19th year.
This is a Nice Work race
This means that this is an original Nice Work race, fully hosted and organised by us.
Event Overview:
This event is great for all the family, with the main race being accompanied by a Fun Run and the Children's Scurry. There truly is something for everyone and afterwards, bask in the festive spirit and enjoy a yummy mince pie. It's seasonal bliss with a racing twist!
Course Details:
The main event is one lap around the naturally undulating fields and footpaths in and around the farmland and woods of the tranquil Sussex village of Pett. This is a cross country event so whilst you should expect some wet and muddy conditions, you can also expect bags of fun to boot!
Our charity... Shelter:
This year, Nice Work is proud to support Shelter.
Shelter believe that home is human right. It's our foundation and it's where we thrive. Yet every day millions of people are being devastated by the housing emergency. Shelter exist to defend their right to a safe home. Because home is everything. Day in, day out, we see people living and sometimes tragically dying on our streets. At the moment, around 3898 people sleep rough on any given night in England. This has risen by 27% in the last year and has doubled since 2010. 2024 has seen the highest numbers on record of children living in unfit temporary accommodation. All they want is a safe place to call home this Christmas. With your help, we can make this happen.
