Introducing the Nice Work Forest Series:
The benefits of spending time in nature are proven, we've created a series of runs that showcase the most serene and breathtaking green spaces across the UK.
Nice Work want to explore and celebrate the connection between running for mental health and how that is amplified when immersed in nature - so we created this bespoke series. Runners will experience spectacular forestscapes and natural woodlands that provide a healthy dose of ecotherapy as an escape from the stressors of modern life.
The series includes:
Wendover Woods Marathon, HM & 10k
Cannock Chase Forest Christmas 10k & 5k
Salcey Forest Christmas 10k & 5k
Forest Series Benefits:
Upon completion of each of Nice Work’s enchanted forest runs, Entrants will receive a beautifully customised medal. If any runners fancy taking on three or more of the Forest Run series, they will automatically receive a Nice Work Forest Runner T-shirt
