1. Membership Duration: Membership of Nice Work is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of joining. Upon expiry, members will have the option to renew their membership at the updated membership fee.

  2. Event Bookings: Events included in the Passport membership and currently bookable are listed here. Please note, your membership must be valid at the time of the event. If you book an event beyond the current term of your membership, normal entry fees will apply. However, you can renew your membership to continue benefiting from FREE entry.

  3. Coverage Period: Membership only applies to events booked during the membership period. It cannot be applied to events booked prior to the membership start date.

  4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

  5. Benefits: Membership includes access to the benefits listed in our marketing material at the time of joining, subject to availability.  Please note that benefits may be subject to change at any time. Members will be notified of any changes to the benefits.

  6. Early Access Entry: Membership includes early access entry to selected Nice Work Races. We cannot guarantee entry to sold out races.

  7. Age Requirement: Membership is available only to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of joining.

  8. Non-Transferability: Membership and event entries are non-transferable and intended solely for the use of the registered member.

  9. Injury: Applications can be made to suspend an account for up to 12 months if you provide proof of injury from a credible source - any final decision is at the discretion of the Nice Work team.

  10. Event Specific Conditions: Upon registering for an event, members must adhere to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that event, as outlined at the time of registration.

  11. Individual Membership: Membership is strictly for individuals and cannot be shared or used by multiple persons.  Memberships can be terminated if race numbers are found to be shared.

  12. Modification of Terms: Nice Work reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, including membership benefits and restrictions, as well as introduce supplementary rules related to new partnerships and promotions.

  13. Termination: Nice Work reserves the right to terminate the membership scheme or any portion thereof at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members.

  14. Communication: Members will be added to our mailing list to receive updates about events and services. However, members have the option to unsubscribe from these mailings at any time.

  15. Compliance: Nice Work reserves the right to withdraw membership from individuals who fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
