About Us

Nice Work, is a family business, headed by Martin and Cathy Burke and based in East Sussex. The company was established in 1989 and, over a period of years, has developed into a leading road running event management company.

Road running has long been a passion for both partners and we have used our event management skills to organise road races in the UK - currently we have over 100 races in our portfolio.

We are proud to work with a number of running clubs such as Wadhurst Runners, Ashford AC, Ashford & District Road Runners, Invicta East Kent, Croydon Harriers, Castle Point Joggers, Gravesend Road Runners and others - all of whom have outsourced some or all of the race management to Nice Work.

Our  races include small, rural community events to large town centre races on closed roads.
